Why I stay after the first dance

Believe it or not, the evening dance floor antics are most likely to be your favourite photographs taken from your day. On a packed out dance floor, filled with all your loved ones having the time of their lives, heels will have been probably been removed, ties loosened and everyone’s hair will have well and truly been let down. It’s the moments shared during this evening madness that you will want to treasure the most. It’s the hilarious laughs shared between friends and family, the special off the cuff moments captured between you and your now husband/wife and the most spectacularly embarrassing dance moves being thrown around that you’ll want to look back on in years to come. Not only that, the picture evidence makes perfect “Exhibit A” material for when it’s their wedding day and you’re their best man or bridesmaid. I mean what perfect ammunition is that

When you book me to capture your big day, I’m there all day, right from the start until well after the first dance. Your day doesn’t finish at the first dance. Doing so would be like missing a whole chapter out of a book. Where’s the fun in that? I can not think of anything worse than leaving way before the party has even started. Not only do I stay for the first dance and the party afterwards but you’ll usually find me right in the thick of it boogying on down on the dance floor myself, capturing all the dodgy moves, the air guitars and singing.
